Actually Dr.s can easily get the lisence: It is an eight hour course; which can be taken online.

The course is kind of funny and antiquated. A good part of the course is about how to give a urine tox, and what to do if drug addicts start hanging out outside your office, etc.

I have a friend who is an addiction Dr., there are alot of RXs that are being developed to treat dependence. It will take decades, but our children will have it a lot easier. Z.
