One would think this would be administered by the physician and kept at the office rather than a self-injectible filled at a pharmacy.

This would be an excellent solution for people who were treated with opiods for moderate to long-term and need to stop using the narcotics.

I think it has a place both in regular medical practice and addiction medicine.
