About the kids impressions, she said she previously lived in MN when they were younger and was super involved in PTA, etc. But then when they moved to Chicago, she left the kids to their own devices since they were in public school and she figured the school would do enough for them, etc. And at this point (I guess the last few years) she has taken more to bed, not gone out to eat with them, etc. So to me it seemed that even though she used for 20 years, her behavior deteriorated.
