The loss of a child is always a tragedy. But I've said it before and I'll say it again: Computers are not babysitters. Parents need to spend more time on parenting. I doubt that this was the first time their son used drugs. In my line of work I meet so many parents who are in denial. "He's really a good kid. He just has some bad friends". It's very sad that a child has to die before parents begin to pay attention. Instead of spreading blame around, they need to take an honest look at their communication with their children. Parents don't seem to do much of that these days.
