My two cents----I have watched several episodes of the Osbornes and every time I watch I can't get over how neurologically screwed up Ozzy appears at all times.

From his shuffling, weirdly hunched over gait to his slurred & sometimes stuttering speech, he is the poster child against excessive drug use. What's also weird is that everyone acts like HIS bizarre demeanor is unremarkable. I guess it just goes to show people can get used to just about anything. His family is used to it & when Ozzy interacts with the public, they don't bat an eye at his strange, stoned behavior because he's a CELEBRITY & that blinds people to how screwed up he really is.
