I PERSONALLY guarantee we will always have a forum to collaberate on. If they mess with DB, I can help DB move to Holland, using only encrypted connections to each browser. They can put the clamps to the U.S. networks but they can never sever our overseas links or they kill the commerce machine. Further, the U.S. cannot hijack ALL domain names, they can only hijack second level domains registered with U.S. registrars. The internet uses a structure called "root servers" for the domain name system, and the root servers are distributed all over the world. The root servers are responsible for resolution and delegation of top level domains such as ".com, .net, .us, .gov, .au, .jp," ANYTHING that is the trailing domain which is actually the first tier. The U.S. government, while certainly powerful and VERY full of itself, cannot control global packaet switching and root name resolution, which makes me very happy I'm sure they LOVE being powerless in regards to the high level underpinnings of the internet, I personally find it fantastic that they can't do DIDDLY. Sure they can shut down tons of transit ISP's, shut down .com .net tons of other stuff, but they will DESTROY all commerce before they even BEGIN to put a dent in even a single determined site. Therefore, the collateral damage to completely make a site inaccessible on the U.S. shores far outweighs the need to shut down the site. We will ALWAYS have a place to chat my friends
