Folks..Rush's brother was on the show today and told us that Rush is coming back on Monday...David said that Rush had a lot to say about this situation and WOULD! It evidently is a good rehab program as he said this is just step one in the process. I for one believe he is still in pain and will have a common bond/connection(NO pun intended)with us CP'ers here for a long,long time. I sure hope and pray that he will use that boundless talent of his to explain the quandry we CP'ers find ourselves in. I am of the opinion that he will very well do just exactly that..and just maybe dispel all the damned myths and falsehoods and OUTRIGHT LIES that are constantly told and believed about us and our plight. He has somewhere between 20 & 30 MILLION listeners..so some of you dyed in the wool,die-hard Liberals better be wishing him,your worst nightmare, lots & lots of success in this deal..IF he has decided to help us..Because He damned SURE CAN..if he wants to! Make NO mistake he can help and if he wants to..you very well may see some results as it will give..A BIG Time Voice to Citizen Pain Groups everywhere! Whether you like it or not,he IS the BIGGEST Voice on the airwaves of ANY Kind!! Any kind! I just hope so bad that he has deemed it wise for him to champion us just a little or maybe even ALOT!..to America and her ignorant lawmakers and agencies. Most of all, I hope he makes the rest of our Fellow Citizens understand what WE face and that it damned well could be THEM..anytime! It could be them next! Oh how well we ALL know that..after all..THIS was NOT supposed to happen to ME!!..or for that matter any of us. Rush..please help us..You can if you will..and here's Dittos to ya' buddy!

You might want to can that diversity line(at least with me) for awhile and unite with me and others who's only real life hope may be the voice this Radio Giant can give us if he just will. I don't care what he HAS said and I don't care what you have to say about race and I won't be tricked into that verbal morass. I,for one,am just fervently hoping that Rush may take this chance to help us. That is ALL I hope for here,so I won't be joining you in any verbal sparring or so,so old diversions. You can address all that with others if you simply must.
I just hope & pray,once again that Rush takes an approach and an explanation that will help our collective plight(s).
Waiting for Monday and trying to keep the faith,

PS..remember..I figure if any help is forthcoming..it will be over a period of time and not all done in one,"first day back"..This travesty we find ourselves in came about over a long,long time..many years of purposeful "scare tactics" and false information to the public,I don't realistically expect Rush to singlehandedly remedy this in one day..OR overnite..BUT,we CAN hope for the best..ANY HELP from him is more than will be forthcoming elsewhere..I'm afraid he may be all you have,whether YOU like it or not..guess we'll see..

You know he is a very smart man and I'm positive he has some real top notch help and with what is at stake here with this career and advertisers and and all that..I'm sure we will see a well managed approach to his problems from him and his doctors. He is smart enough to realize that there are millions of us out here and a large percentage of CP'ers may well be liberal. I feel he will adjust his vocal & political approach with this in mind. I think,if all goes the way I would like to imagine,I really do hope and kinda' expect some good,well listened to by all of America,support from him, for us and himself.
Remember,do not expect to see it all in one day,as he has himself to worry about and then the pain problem of Americans in general. He can't do it all in one day so don't raise cane if you don't hear what you want to,right off the bat Monday. DO remember that he IS listened to by Big Time Politicos very closely..both sides..no matter what they would have us think. He could be and he very well may turnout to be our biggest champion,cleverly disguised as a Mean Ole' Right Wing Republican!.."One never knows,does one?"..
Make NO mistake, he HAS.."The Ear of America" and the Politicos from both sides of the aisle..KNOW IT!!(oh do they ever!) Let's just hope mightily that he goes our way with his public pronouncements on this issue. A very powerful man has been publicly humiliated and struck down by the same thing we little guys are trying to deal with. He knows we are out here..mostly by ourselves..
