Well, they've finally found their new frontier! THIS war will be ever so much easier to win, and redeem their up to now depressed state....because in THIS war on drugs, there are records, everywhere....they can't win the war on illicit drugs becuase that takes some real investigative work...and let's face it, that war was lost long ago.....their only going to get more serious about this one...
