They haven't lost yet either. The prosecutor intends to file new charges on the remaining 30 counts that the jury was deadlocked on. Hopefully more juries will be like this jury and help turn the tide. There was an in depth article where to jurrors talked about the case. It seems there was one A hole that they just couldn't convince to chanmge his or her mind on the remaining counts. He still faces over 20 years if convicted on the remaining charges. I really wish him luck he is and was a good compasionate pain management doctor. Take care. Billylll
