I honestly don't know and have never heard of these OP's myself. I think part of the problem is he was doing business out of Texas, a no-no. Why is he being made an example? I don't know - but I'm afraid of the consequences and also the fact that is FEDERAL COURT, nothing to do with specific state laws......
