Yeah. There are Bupe detox clinics now in most major cities that can dispense Subutex and Suboxone. If any DEA-licensed doctor takes a 1-day Bupe class, he or she can write a scrip for them in the privacy of their office.

Physicians who are Board Certified in an area of addiction treatment don't have to take the Bupe class to write those detox scripts. What this means is we'll be seeing more middle and upper class people being treated privately instead of hanging around with the junkies at the methadone clinic.
