Well, they didn't make any mention of all the new OPs that ask you to fill out a questionnaire and then have a physician's assistant or doctor give you a 2-minute phone call to ask what drugs you want and if you have any drug allergies with no medical records required and no verification of the patient's identity. I think those are also in that grey area of what is a "legitimate doctor-patient relationship."

Canada will be just as bad as the U.S. Their Customs service is very good at finding drug packages. Move to Thailand or India. But it won't be an easy move. It seems clear that they will be stepping up controlled deliveries of controlled substances from overseas ... not to stop it ... but to scare people from ordering.
