The Supreme Court shut the door on Bush's appeal process.The decision by the High Court cleared the way for state laws allowing ill patients to smoke marijuana if a doctor recommends it. Without the interference of the Feds threatening Physicians with their license for even discussing,much less recommending it.

I dont have a medicinal need,but I'm relieved the higher powers have given a green light for those that do need this.
I've read it does wonders for Glaucoma patients as well.
