What's frightening is the thought that ultimately, OP's will be shut down. However, I'm still a firm believer that places like YOD which require medical documentation of your existing condition before prescribing the meds will prolly stand alone in the end. Even still, makes ya wonder if you shouldn't stock up for the day when there is no more OP.
