Well said Greycie, i think that anyone over 20 years old here knows that from 1900 all the way up to the late 80's we would have gotten our BUTTS BEAT for something like this.
But now of course kids can get away with so much more because of all these laws about how you can or can't discipline your kids.
I remember watching springer or some show like that where 7-18 year old kids where just uncontrollable some even beat up there own parents. Some parents afraid to hit the kid back in fear that the CYS would come and take them away for good. But getting back on the subject i think the parents are defiantly to blame!!! Cause think about this even if this was just a test by the father. Now that father has put everyone else's children in danger, o im sure he explained not to tell there friends at school and im sure a 13 or 9 year old kid wont tell any of there friends either. yeah right get real, that guy must be an idiot! All the parents that live around him should keep in mind who spreaded this word to children for when something bad happens! Owell thats all.........heath
