Highly unlikely that children are going to steal their parents credit cards and charge something of that amount on it- more unlikely a parent isn't going to notice. *IF* both were to happen, I blame the parents for being so out of touch that they don't care what their kids are doing to their credit cards and not following up- I also would place blame on the parents for allowing their child enough time to research and order this shoight offline! My 10 y/o isn't allowed on the internet without me there. Period. Why? Because of all the weirdo's out there and sites she could accidentally stumble upon. But then, I see that as my responsibility- my child.
