So if we put into place "liberal" judges that support "abortion on demand" including "partial birth abortions" (murder), while attempting to squash your's & mine 2nd ammendment rights. Doing so further allowing only the criminals to have weapons with no way to defend yourself is that better?

As long as we have liberal judges forcing their opinions upon you others will always have MORE rights than the ones who foot the bill. Keep that in mind as well.
