My husband and I have been trying to sign this petition, but we keep getting this error message:

Any ideas what this is or how to fix it so that we may sign this VERY important petition? I have tried it a bazillion times and I keep getting this error??? I filled out all of the boxes with real info...except for the URL I had to put n/a. HELP!!!
