I also want to add since I am a Texan and go to Mexico every once in a while what everyone else is saying. Don't go alone!! Especially if you are a woman. It is really a different type of environment than the US, I just don't feel safe there. I usually go down there and shop and take in some of the sights in the daytime and always with friends or family. I do know of people who have been arrested for purchasing a large quantity of controlled meds so be careful, it happens.
