Sorry to hear about your problems. I know from one place I order they tell me not to except if package appears to have been opened or damaged in anyway. Is this part of the problem? Scares the hell out of me. I assume I am supposed to say this isn't mine if that happens because then you know the package has been checked out for contents so send it back!
