I have a hemp hat and hemp shoes. Am I safe from dog attacks?

Did anyone else see the episode of "Cops" where the officer was pounding on the car dash as the dog was just looking dumb? He finally got the dog to stand up to see what he was doing, and said, "the dog alerted on the dash". I can't believe the cops are so stupid to sign a release for the videos that show them doing outrageous things. Makes you wonder what they do cut, huh?
