I just wanted to comment about the "list" theory. My very first order from an IOP was siezed, I received the "love letter" and a follow up; I ignored both. About a month later, I decided I would try again, from the same exact IOP. My order came through, to the same address. I used them 7 or 8 more times, all came through. One package was opened, inspected, and the items were sent on to me (every order was for the same thing). So, if there is a "list" out there, it isn't very effective.
