Is DD illegal for non-narcotic's such as Ultram?? I've been trying to get off the hydro and taking a vacation using Ultram, but I'm out. My local doc prescribes ultram for me so I can get a refill today and use my insurance, but I also went to the gyno last week and she prescribed Ultram too. So, technically, I could go to another pharmacy, pay cash, and get this one filled to without my insurance or doctors knowing. I live in KY where they are cracking down on DD and "doctor shopping". However, I believe this is with the more potent drugs like hydro and oxy. Do you think I could get in trouble if I double dipped with ultram? Or would a pharmacy even bother since its a non-narcotic like hydro??
