I am unclear about a couple of things
1. Did the detective say he/she is going to return?
2. Have you ever ordered Overseas?
I would think they would not have a case against you if you never ordered overseas. When the DEA came to my home and left me with a warning they said they were going to write it off as a mistake/ I never ordered the products.(This is after I told them the whole truth and mothing but the truth) Of course if they were to pursue my case they could have easily pulled my cc receipts... I GOT LUCKY
I am not sure why you would need a lawyer... If you did not order the meds they will not be able to pull any records!
