Yes all my previous ones had been 1 page FDA letters and Local FDA Office Address's in my city. But I haven't gotten one in along time, not since dealing with speedrx(rip off).

I think anyone who gets these, or from my understanding 4 distributed over several weeks is to do the standard thing, don't reply, don't sign, don't acknowledge and throw away.
