I hear ya. I received the same EXACT letter..also from JFK, toward the end of last year. In a couple of days you'll probably get another one (exactly the same), then in about 30-45 days you'll get 2 more. It does suck!!! Sorry to hear it happened. I let alittle time lapse then ask for my order to be re-shipped. She sent 1/2 of it at no cost (better than none I guess) and it came thru. My order came from Thailand, an OP I used before I found DB. Do you know where your's was coming from? I sure hope it's not part of the "Major Blitz" cracking down on overseas OP's I had read about a couple of weeks ago. Anyway, I hope you get your order reshipped w/o cost. Goodluck!
