OK, get this I got a big Fat letter from:

U.S. CUSTOMS AND BORDER PROTECTION
Department of Homeland Security

Its 5 pages long, Border protection and Homeland Security at JFK Airport, Jamaica NY.

I've never seen one like this it's pages of federal law and US government code....blah....blah...blah..
it says "ENCLOSED: Notice of Seizure & Information for Claimants

Election of Proceedings
and
Hold Harmless Agreement

Well if I wasnt on their list I sure as heck am now!
