I seriously doubt it's illegal, but I wouldn't want to take a chance of angering my doc. He might think I was a recreational drug user and not ever prescribe anything except antibiotics in the future.

Here in missouri, they have a new law, whereby they have to give back your old bottle when you get a refill. I wonder how many people take the old bottle to another pharmacy to try to get an extra refill. This is weird.
