My Goodness, this is the first time I've ever heard of the contract agreements. I live in Florida and have been on a schedule 4 (Darvon) for over18 years, and occasionally get prescribed a schedule 2 during severe times. Personally I'd be pretty put out if a doctor asked me to sign such a foolish agreement. This is the USA not USSR.
