Thank you I did phrase it wrong I should have said "I would like to know". You helped prove my point that a judge or jury make the decision on innocense or guilt not police officers.
I do believe once they made the car stop and you smelled of alcohol they had enough suspicion to administer the sobriety test. Why they made the car stop might be a different story.
