The number of meds on a single paper depends on the state. In my state you can write II or III on a script with other meds. My doc has a script form that has about 5 lines on it and has a number for refills by each line and the number is circled. There is also a line for the number of scripts that are supposed to be on that paper. My doc has written scripts for one II and one III and two non-controlled drugs on one script and the pharmacist has never blinked an eye. My doc never writes individual scripts.
