Yes I will get the $1,554.00 for the rest of my life... with small increases each year....It was based on the last 10 quarter's that i worked... It would have been more but I missed so many day's leading up to the disability that it took away from my paycheck therefore i did'nt pay in as much say in the last 5 as i should or could have if I had been working my full 40 hour's...A quarter is 3 month's... and it is not the quarter's that you earned the most money in....Hope this help's you in some way....
