They probably arrested his wife the receptionist because it was obvious that she knew what was going on and she also shared the income with him. I first heard about that place two years ago but it seemed way to shady for me to go there. Lots of people knew about it. They probably had some undercover narcs go in there and get controlled substance scrips without any physical examination. After that, they get subpeonas and check pharmacy records to build a case. Then they can get an indictment and a search warrant and arrest warrants for the two people running the show. That's not a witchhunt. The doctor was taking some big risks and he got caught.
