Reading this House Bill actually makes my stomach hurt.

Has H.R.5503 been signed as an amendment by Bush? This is awful..."National ALL Schedules Prescription Electronic Reporting Act" should be condemned by chronic pain patients in the USA.

I am going to write Senator Kay Bailey Hutchison suggesting a 're-wording' of #4 to say:
"The monitoring and restriction of ALL Scheduled medication use will surely have and create substantial and detrimental effects on the health and welfare of the American People".
