Toe, I would put everything about any mental or physical ailment you have, regardless of age. SS will be the one asking for the records you don't need to get them. You can't overload them with too many. Also, it is very helpful if your Dr says you are disabled. In fact, when I lost my appeal I was seeing a DR in a county clinic who was fresh out of school. He told me that he learned during his residency that mentally ill people HAD to work to get better and under no circumstances would he say I was disabled. When I reapplied, I used the exact same records but a different Dr who had many years of experience. He said I was disabled and I was approved. As for you assets, try going to the SS web site, they should have all the info you need.
