I don't know how large your orders were, but I would say keep them SMALL. I got two letters stuck in two different orders from the FDA with information about ordering drugs from overseas, as they are not regulated by the U.S. FDA, blah, blah, blah. So they had opened them, seen what was in there (V's), stuck in the letter and taped it back up and sent it on.
