After looking the act over, I really felt some sympathy for my #1 doctor. He and his whole office are foreign-born. Their English is adequate but the labyrinthine HIPAA would have to be a real problem for them. He’s always been quite generous as well as competent and I wouldn’t want to make any trouble for him.
