This states that-
The legislation is slated for a floor vote as early as today in the Senate. Related legislation in the House has further committee reviews to go.

Many pharmacists and docs question it. My guess is that there will be a lot of debate about it before it actually happens.
Anyway, unless everything was passed in the last 13 days, and the software was implemented, I doubt this is happening.
