It's not an 'article' exactly, but is a series of posts (seemingly) from the usenet group sci.med . For that you need to use a usenet (newsgroups) browser such as Free Agent for PC or Newswatcher for Macintosh. Or, you can just go to groups.google.com to search & participate. Warning though, usenet is a lot like IRC (Internet Relay Chat), in that there are few or no rules so it's often complete anarchy.
