I just checked all your posts in this forum. I don't see the federal code you showed anywhere. Did I miss something? Title 21 code is only for scheduled medications. In my state and all the states that surround me it is a misdameanor to have a prescription medication (non-scheduled) on your possesion without the bottle having a label bearing your, the recipiants name.
