I guess someone should tell you and it might as well be me... accusing someone of being "an agent" because they post a link containing information about a legal matter, in the Laws and Regulations Forum no less, is, to put it mildly, patently ridiculous, and frankly, does a lot more to cast suspicion of "agenthood" upon the accusor, not the accusee, IMO.
