ANYONE KNOW THE ANSWER TO THIS? I LIVE IN ONE OF THE STATES THAT HAS A COMPUTERIZED DRUG PROGRAM. IF ANYONE KNOWS PLEASE IM ME, I DON'T UNDERSTAND THE LAW.
