I have to agree with Achim on this one.
This crew member is innocent until proven guilty, not the other way around.

Also, I'm certain that if this guy is guilty, he will get what he deserves for this one. I haven't been to prison, but people who have been told me that there is something of a caste system and people who hurt children are at the very bottom.
If the child would have died, it would rightfully be considered murder, but thankfully the child wasn't seriously harmed.
What no one else has acknowledged, but really pisses me off is that it's because of idiots that do stuff like what is alleged here, to themselves and others, that it is so hard for us to get the medicines we need to relieve our pain or anxiety.
