DISCLOSURE/MUST VISIT OP IN PERSON

medds123, based in Florida, is asking patients in that state to actually pay them an office visit, so that they can be on the up-and-up regarding current and proposed OP legislation.
That prompts the question: If I do visit, does that mean that I then would be in a database that other doctors use? I like the anonymous aspect of using an OP, and would hate to screw that up...anyone have any thoughts on this? Thanks!
