I think its a good idea to keep your mouth shut. You have no obligation to tell them anything. Also-if they want info they should pay for it. Make them an offer they can't refuse.
I was thinking maybe "make an offer they can refuse."
Only respond to a subpeona-if the MIB can find you to serve it.
