I know this isn't exactly about double dipping, but after I read about going to two different docs and get the same meds and they don't know about it. Well, I just wanted to let you in on something. They are planning to set up a system much like the internet for patients. It will be connected to all doctors, and it will be like an online digital medical record. As, everything done to you medically will be entered into this database, and any other doctor connected(anywhere in the world) can bring up your file instantly, and he will know everything done to treat you. This is a reliable piece of info. So, before long it's going to be even harder to get some decent treatments and meds.
