I would suggest going to DB's main page. There is a lot of legel info available in black and white regarding this matter. The rest you may get is heresay. DB is excellent at researching there sources. Hope this helps. And I apologize for passing the buck but get a look at the other things DB has to offer and consider becominfg a VIP. I do not work for them but have found that that distinction has it's benefits. Discouts too.
