Is it legal to buy meds from an overseas OP like Speedrx for example? I have read mixed opinions and now I am confused. Some say it is legal and others say you will be arrested. If it is not legal, how do they stay in business and why do people order from them? Sorry for all the questions, but I am new to all of this.
