Unfortunately for us, this will no doubt pass. It would also seem to me that ALL OPs will be affected, not just the NROPs, since they clearly state that the problem is that the person is not physically seeing a doc. I could be wrong though. Additionally, this type of scenario could probably be prevented if the NROP at least required a copy of valid ID to verify age, AND if the courier would require ID upon signature for the package. Of course, this could be circumvented through fake IDs, but most states now have measures in place to make them a lot easier to detect. What kills me is this: you have an incident of ONE kid dying as a result of this, and my heart goes out to his parents, believe me, but how many kids a year die or at least end up severely brain damaged because of the practice of huffing household chemicals? Is Congress going to outlaw "Glade"? Yet another case of throwing the baby out with the bathwater, in this crazy 'war on drugs'...
