I agree Richie ... that was very well said.

UPS drivers are under a very strict time frame daily during deliveries. I found it hard to believe when I first heard about this. They are expected to complete each delivery, no matter what the circumstances, no matter how many packages must be handled at each stop, no matter whether it's a straight delivery or COD must be collected ... they have no more than "3" minutes.

It is a hardship for them to have so many CODs but we have to remember that many other companies are shipping COD as well. With the increased popularity of medications being shipped by all types of pharmacies, our drivers are really stretched.

I continue to think that a little compassion is in order.
